On the coast of the Riviera Maya there are several locations of different importance, size and origin. The heart of the Riviera Maya is the city of Playa del Carmen, centrally located between Cancun and Tulum. In it's heart, Playa del Carmen offers along the famous "Quinta Avenue (5th Avenue)" a great ambiance of bars, open air cafes, over 250 restaurants, featuring foods from all over the world and shopping for everyone. 5th Avenue runs parallel with the beautifulPlaya del Carmen beach, so you are always 1 block away from the beautiful blue and green colors of the Playa del Carmen beaches.

We also have plenty of grocery stores all in walking distance. You don't even need a car in Playa del Carmen. Everything is in walking distance and there are also plenty of taxis to get you around town. You may want to rent a car for a day or two to go out and explore Cancun or Tulum, our beautiful cenotes and Riviera Maya beaches along the coast.
