Hola Dear Friends and Buyers,

We have entered our third stage of construction. The big drilling and piling machines are gone. The pillings are all in and completed. We did not anticipate doing as many pillings as we did and in the end we installed 115 pillings of which some are over 25 meters deep (about 80 feet). Stage 3 of the construction is an exciting phase because you will see the shell of the building come together. You will actually see all units come together and the entire building rise. We have already completed the first two units on the beach floor and the restaurant. now we are working on the garage and sanctuary level. In September and October you will begin to see the units on the first floor completed. In about two weeks a large crane will be erected in the area where the swimming pool will be located. The swimming pool will be one of the last stages of construction. Below are some pictures that were taken over the past few weeks. Even though the site is a huge mess there is lots of progress going on. The pictures of the units on the beach level is unit 31 and 32! When we send you our next newsletter in October you will see the shell of many units and lots of progress. The pictures in the next newsletter will be much more interesting!
